How to get to Lac de Maine
The Lac de Maine leisure park is located at 49 avenue du Maine in Angers.
From the Lac de Maine campsite, you can get there by car in 15 to 20 minutes by driving up to the D523, which runs alongside the Maine river, and then crossing the river by the first bridge to reach the large Lac du Maine parking lot.
By bike, you can also head north, but avoid the main roads: the Maine is crossed by the next bridge, located opposite the Château d'Angers: a pleasant 30-minute stroll to discover the city's heritage.
From downtown Angers, Lac de Maine is easily reached on foot or by bike through the pleasant Parc de Balzac. From the château, it's less than 10 minutes by bike and 30 minutes on foot.

The Lac de Maine leisure park covers 220 hectares.

The Lac de Maine leisure park is ideal for families: the entire site is designed and secured for families with children, and the multitude of activities on offer is equally suited to all ages.
Swimming is supervised, and the lake's calm waters are reassuring for parents with young children.
Playgrounds and picnic areas are available to enable you to spend the whole day on site.
Between sporting activities such as kayaking and cruising, water sports activities are also designed for all ages. The whole family can enjoy the various water sports on offer at the lake's water sports center, or opt for an afternoon of beach volleyball and water games!

- Cycling: Lac de Maine is on the Loire cycle route. The site is therefore bordered by pleasant greenways that you can follow for the distance of your choice.
