The charm of Parc des Cordeliers

In the center of Anduze, behind a discreet entrance, a large garden of four hectares opens up, where calm reigns, even in midsummer. Formerly the garden of the Cordeliers convent, this park blends history and lush vegetation. Walkways lined with century-old trees, spring-fed ponds, a botanical trail and shady corners invite you to slow down. Take a gentle stroll, listen to the water flow and marvel at a Himalayan cedar or a Canary oak labelled " Arbre Remarquable de France". A living place, carefully maintained, where taking your time is a simple and essential pleasure.

The la Bambouseraie park a world apart

Just 6 minutes from Anduze, the Bamboo Grove in the Cévennes is a world unto itself. At the heart of this park, located 9 minutes from Anduze, the forest becomes a playground. The Parfum d'Aventure park invites you to experience nature in a different way: high up, with your feet in the nets or on the ground, between huts and wooden games. Located in the Mialet valley, this accrobranche park combines acrobatic courses for children aged 2 and over, a plant maze, an organic vegetable garden, a beach, a river and even a pirate ship! Theatmosphere is happy, simple and family-friendly. You can spend the day at your own pace, surrounded by children's laughter and birdsong. The Camellias de la Prairie a garden of rare camellias at the gateway to the Cévennes

Sixteen minutes from Anduze, this floral park offers a gentle and delicate welcome. More than 300 varieties of camellia unfurl their nuanced hues, some centuries old, others quite simply rare. As you walk along the paths, the seasons carpet the ground with petals, and each step reveals new sensations. Here, you can wander between the flowerbeds, settle down for a quiet break and let the leaves and fragrances revive your memories. is also a nursery, a place for exchanges and exhibitions... a quiet, precious little world, to be explored as if you were opening an old book filled with plant treasures.

Les Jardins de Mazet where nature nurtures and inspires

Located near Anduze in the Cévennes mountains, this 10-hectare garden unfurls its sun-drenched terraces. The Jardins de Mazet have been cultivating organically grown medicinal plants here for over twenty years. More than 40 varieties flourish here, in an ancient 17th-century estate bathed in light, like treasures patiently handed down from generation to generation. As you stroll through the alleys, you'll be guided by the scents, textures and secrets of the beneficial botanicals. The place invites you to slow down, to listen, to feel. It's a garden of learning, rejuvenation and harmony. We often leave with a touch of serenity... and the desire to make this gentle plant interlude last a little longer.

Parc de la Tour Vieille A rejuvenating break under the trees

Just a few minutes from Anduze, a discreet path leads to the Parc de la Tour Vieille. This botanical garden, set back from the hustle and bustle of the city, features 700 species of plants in a soothing atmosphere punctuated by ponds, glass greenhouses and rare trees. People come here for the peace and quiet, the beneficial shade, the freshness of running water, but also for the simple pleasure of a picnic in the shade.

The park's name comes from an ancient tower still visible in the grounds. It gives the place a secret estate feel, as if frozen in time. Children will love the outdoor playground, while older children can try their hand at mini-golf (as long as they bring their own equipment).

And to extend the relaxing pause, a connected plancha - manufactured nearby, in Alès - allows you to prepare lunch over a gentle heat, in keeping with the place and its atmosphere.
